Mr Pope said the money raised would go to Epilepsy New Zealand and he was thrilled to be able to help.
"I was diagnosed with epilepsy when I was 18 and for a long time I really struggled with it," he said.
"It feels good to be able to help raise awareness about something which affects me personally and so many others. I'm so grateful for the team here, businesses, friends and family who all got on board to help."
