This week's Newsmaker is Jordi Webber who has been named Cleo Bachelor of the Year.
Tell us about yourself.
I am part of a family of six, two brothers, one sister and happily married parents. I was born and raised in Rotorua. I am of Mormon faith, I love sports, I love performing, and I am a people's person.
How did it feel to be named Cleo Bachelor of the Year?
It felt awesome. I put in a whole month of campaigning, and nudged a lot of people to vote, so to win a prestigious title like that is a pretty good feeling.
You talk about that title being a stepping stone towards acting in Hollywood - what's your five-year goal re acting?
The next five years of my life is dependant on Titanium, because at the moment, I am fully committed to this group, but when it has done its course, that is when I will put everything into my acting. But while being in Titanium, I am looking for very casual modelling and acting jobs. I would like to build my experience in anyway that I can.
What sort of reaction have you had from people after being named Cleo Bachelor of the Year?
"Jordi, that's so random", "bro, when did you grow up", "you aren't a bachelor" and lots of other comments, but I have received loads of praises and congratulations from people. A lot of people are proud of me, especially family and friends, but they are the people that helped me win the title, therefore thanks goes to them too.
What does your girlfriend think about your new title?
She is fine with it, I took her along to the presentation party and she had an awesome time. She is just happy for me because it's something that I wanted to do. She's got nothing to worry about, I may be bachelor of the year, but I'm her bachelor.
What's life been like since Titanium was formed?
It has been spun around and caught in a tornado. We had to drop everything we were doing for this, Titanium is full time. We're always on the road, performing, promoting and always in the eyes of the public, so we have to be at our best all the time.
At times I want to kick back, see my family more, be normal, and see friends more, but at the same time, the rush just draws you in and makes you want to keep going. I have done a lot of things and lived a past seven months that people dream of.
What's your five-year goal in terms of your music?
Become more well known in Australia, chart in their music charts, release more albums here and in Australia, break the market in America and create a name for ourselves, do a world tour and return to New Zealand to find the next step of my life.
When you are not performing with Titanium what do you do?
I am having downtime at our house, practising with the boys, or training.
Having been through a similar process in your selection for Titanium do you have any advice for the contestants in X Factor New Zealand?
To really excel and improve your craft, welcome criticism, advice and feedback from others, then put it into practise as soon as you leave the room.
Tell us three things about yourself that most people wouldn't know.

Cereal is my favourite food in the world
