It's now just four days until the new-look Daily Post hits the streets and excitement is building in the newsroom.

As business reporter, I think one of the most exciting changes will be our new pull-out Thursday business section - perfect to pop in your briefcase or read on a coffee break.

Called Business Extra, it will feature Rotorua business news and profiles, the big national stories plus you'll continue to hear from trusted local business columnists.

It doesn't end there - the new section will also include Your Money personal finance pages and On the Land rural news, plus a listing of upcoming business events and seminars.

We all know Rotorua businesses are doing amazing things in our community, in New Zealand and around the world and I want to continue sharing those successes, as well as discussing the issues and challenges others are facing.

So if you have a great business story, or there's something Rotorua needs to know about, I would love to hear from you. Email me at business@dailypost.co.nz or give me a call on (07) 348 6199 ext 57048.

Enjoy the new look.
