¦Who will be joining you around the Christmas table?

My wife Katie and children Joel and Destiny. For breakfast we have Katie's side of the family coming to our place and then for dinner we head to my Dad's place with all of my extended family.

¦What will be served up?

Big Kiwi breakfast of bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns etc. Dinner is usually a mix of roast meats and veges, plus salads and more barbecued meats.

¦What will you be doing while you're waiting for the food?

If I'm not holding some kind of cooking utensil, I'll be holding a glass of bubbles or beer, enjoying a quiet catch up with everyone and watching the kids having fun with their cousins.

¦What music will be playing in the background?

Whatever is playing at the time on The Hits!

¦ What do you hope is waiting under the tree for you?

There's not a lot on my wish list this year, just having a day off with everyone together is gift enough.

But some good books never go astray, and some new pens for 2015 (I am a stationery freak).
