Missing woman in Rotorua Catharina Kost found safe and well

The missing 88-year-old woman, Catharina Kost, who Rotorua police were looking for, has been found safe and well.

A police spokeswoman said Kost was found last night.

In an earlier Facebook post, police had said she was last seen in Rotorua on Thursday and police had been concerned for her wellbeing.

In the updated Facebook post, the police said she was found safe and well. They thanked the community for their comments and information.

The missing woman could be driving a red Honda Civic three-door hatchback with the registration plate PZ4301.
