Police can now release the name of the man who died in a crash in Rotoorangi in the Waipa district last Friday.
He was Blair Allison Phelps, 42, of Mamaku.
Police extend their sympathies to his family at this difficult time.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
