Recently I had surgery at Rotorua Hospital.

I could not fault the excellent service and care given to me there. Welcoming started with the orthopaedic booking clerk and includes the chaps who push patients from theatre to ward rooms. As well as the folks who served the generous meals.

The anaesthetist and crew took special care. My surgeon instilled confidence before and after the procedure was done. The friendly, efficient orthopaedic nurses attended to my every need night and day. Preparatory to my return home I had outstanding assistance from the physiotherapist and the occupational therapist.

My sincerest thank to each and every one of you.

I would like to thank and congratulate the staff at The Rotorua Cantabria Home and Hospital.

This is the second year I have been a day patient, attending twice weekly. The bus picks us up at home about 9am and returns us about 4pm.

In the meantime we are provided with excellent meals and a variety of entertainment. We've become friends who share other venues.

The staff ladies are accepting of our various idiosyncrasies.

Sometimes we have entertainers in the afternoon, these are usually musicians.

Other times we are taken on outings. A visit to The Buried Village was a really good one.

Thank you and keep up the good work.
