She was one of four people who died on the Thunder River Rapids ride last Tuesday when a raft collided with another and flipped.
It was "a day when our world fell to pieces", a friend said.
But they tried to focus on happier days, with a slideshow of the family and anecdotes about Ms Low's childhood and misadventures with friends.
She was an avid photographer, baker and the family's "crazy cat lady".
She was also immensely proud and protective of her children, 10-year-old Kieran and 12-year-old Isla.
Kieran was with his mother when she died and remains deeply traumatised.
The family feels "a deep sense of injustice" over the accident, which also killed Kate Goodchild, her brother Luke Dorsett and his partner Roozbeh Araghi.
Dreamworld will not reopen at least until after all four funerals.
