"It's such a popular destination. It's warm, the people are friendly, it's just the perfect place to unwind."
Harvey World Travel Rotorua has been a long-time supporter of the Home and Leisure Show and she said it was great to be involved again.
Show-goers will also get the chance to win a Hyundai i20 GL, 1.4 petrol automatic car.
Rotorua Hyundai and Isuzu managing director Bruce Lowe said the prize was top of the line, with great fuel economy, a spacious interior, and a leading occupant safety rating.
"Why would this make such a great prize? Well, because it's a Hyundai," he said.
A $10,000 cash prize will also be on offer, and show-goers can visit the Glenn's Glass and Aluminium stand for details on how to win.
People will also have the chance to win the Harcourts Outdoor Ice Rink for 90 minutes, to host an ice rink party for up to 20 friends.
Ten lucky people will win $5000 towards their kitchen with Landmark Homes.
Other prizes on offer include a Slumberzone bed worth $2000.
The Rotorua Daily Post Home and Leisure Show will be held at the Energy Events Centre from 10am to 5pm Friday and Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
Adults cost $5, under-12s are free. For more information, visit the website www.rotoruahomeshow.co.nz.
