For anyone thinking of renovating or building a house, redoing a garden, or for those who just love seeing new home trends, the Rotorua Home and Garden Show is the place to be.

The show will be held today, tomorrow and on Sunday at the Energy Events Centre. Entry is $3.

Director Daniel Joll said the show was Rotorua's longest running home and garden event and this weekend's show would have more than 160 exhibitions.

He said the aim of the show was to give people tips to enhance the look of their homes and save money with the specials held only at the show.

"Enjoy a preview of upcoming trends, innovative products and expert advice. You are guaranteed to walk away brimming with new ideas for your home and garden - whatever your budget or taste.

"There are free daily seminars, from kitchen design to insulation, kitchen interior design trends to gardening advice."

Mr Joll said there would be great specials, with both local and out-of-town businesses putting on deals.

"There are a huge range of exhibitions under one roof and you'll see some really great displays from gardening to building and home renovation. It's very cheap to go in and really good value for money - plus there's free parking."
