Dreamworld operator Ardent Leisure's CEO Deborah Thomas faced a hard line of query from a reporter in the latest press conference around the Dreamworld tragedy, around a reported large performance bonus.

The amusement park ride that claimed the lives of four people, including a Kiwi, will be permanently closed.
Dreamworld today announced it will permanently close the Thunder River Rapids ride after Cindy Low, Roozbeh Araghi, Kate Goodchild and Luke Dorsett were killed in a horror accident two weeks ago.
ArdentLeisure chief executive officer and managing difector Deborah Thomas said the move to decomission it was out of respect for those who were killed and their bereaved families.
"The closure of the ride is the only respectful and appropriate course of action," said Thomas.
An independent expert engineering firm was now conducting an external review of all Dreamworld and Whitewater World rides.
It comes as police investigate the deaths after the Thunder Ride malfunctioned killing the four adults on a raft.
The company was also reviewing every ride at the Gold Coast amusement park, including all operating policies and procedures.
"No ride at Dreamworld will operate until the Workplace Health and Safety Audit has been completed and unless it passes the multi-level internal and external review process," she said.
