The female only event is mostly on downhill intermediate graded tracks and takes between 15 to 35 minutes.
A super fun day out for female mountain bikers is a promise.
And that promise is not made lightly as it's made in memory of keen rider, Stephanie McHale, who died late last year.
"We can't promise good weather, but we can definitely promise it will be heaps of fun
- a unique opportunity for the Sisterhood of Riders to come together for a great cause and ride together in a very friendly format on intermediate trails we all know and love," said organiser Agnes Arnold.
Organisers of the event are humbled to ride for Stephanie, and also to support her family who have decided to donate proceeds of the fundraiser to the Rotorua Hospital Special Care Baby Unit.
"Steph was a keen cyclist as well, among her many talents, and many of us have ridden with her or her family members in the past. We would love to encourage great participation in the event to encourage more women to ride and riding for Steph makes it a lot more special still," said Mrs Arnold.
