While Davis was classically trained, touring with popular folk-musicians Laura Marling and Martha Wainwright has influenced her music.
Ms Vincent said she was thrilled to have such an esteemed musician perform in Rotorua.
"It's quite special that she's coming here.
"It should be a really entertaining show."
She said Tonnon would give an equally engaging performance, as the musician would likely play a variety of instruments, from ukulele, to electric guitar to acoustic.
"It will be a lot of fun."
Audiences would be able to bring a plate of food and their own drinks to watch the performance, she said.
Tickets are available for $10 pre sale from Eventfinder or Musicworks Rotorua or $15 for door sales on the night of the event.
