Bennett hit a personal best 143 off 83 balls and included 10 fours and 11 sixes in the Boord Park knock on Saturday.
Centralposted an imposing 342/5 off their allotted overs with Bennett well supported by David Hunt with 72no. South Waikato managed 170 all out in reply with Des Beckett scoring 48.
Zachary Hall was the pick of the Central bowlers with four wickets.
