Save Valerie Adams has won her third Commonwealth Games gold medal with a 19.88m throw in the shot put final in Glasgow.
The Rotorua-born athlete won the gold medal with her 19.88m second attempt this morning.
She also recorded a 19.58m, 19.76m, and 19.79m throw in the final today.
The silver
medal went to Cleopatra Borel from Trinidad and Tobago who recorded a 18.57m throw.
Canadian athlete Julie Labonte won bronze with a throw of 17.58m.
