Emergency services have been called out to reports of a car on fire on Fenton St.

A police media spokewoman said police and fire crews were alerted at 8.25am and were on their way.

The car is between Malfroy Rd and Ti St, and may be blocking traffic.

The spokeswoman said an ambulance was alerted but not needed.

More to come.
