A 19-year-old woman was so intoxicated at the Raggamuffin festival she needed hospital treatment.Rotorua St John Ambulance treated 79 people on Saturday, but only five were due to alcohol.St John Lakes area territorial manager, Hilary MorrishAllen, said the woman could not be roused by her friends. "We normally treat people on site for intoxication and they would start to recover between 45 minutes and one hour in general," Mrs MorrishAllen said.
