When the final whistle rang out around Emery Park today, Rotoiti celebrated as if they had won.

The Rotorua team drew 17 all against a tough Tauranga Sports in the Baywide Premier after making it all square with a try in the last play of the game.

Elsewhere Whakarewarewa's home match against Whakatane Marist on Friday was postponed until Easter Monday.

Meanwhile in the Baywide Division 1 Ngongotaha remained unbeaten after a 65-5 win over Waimana today.

Waikite had a hard fought 19-13 win against Judea and Marist St Michael's lost by just two points in a 14-12 defeat at the hands of Papamoa.
