Highway clear after crash between van and logging truck

State Highway 33 is now clear after a crash between a van and logging truck this morning.

The south-bound lane was blocked for a time near the intersection with Hamurana Rd after the crash around 9.30am.

There were no reports of injuries, a police spokeswoman said.

A tow truck was requested and the road reopened about 11.10am. No diversions were required.
