No injuries after car crashes through fence in Kawerau

A car crashed through a fence of a kohanga reo in Kawerau last night.

A police spokeswoman said the crash on River Rd was reported at about 9pm.

The spokeswoman said a single-vehicle drove off the road and crashed into a fence, however there were no injuries.

She said ambulance and Fire and Emergency New Zealand were notified.

A tow truck was called for the car.
