A lucky Lotto player from the Bay of Plenty is better off in the pocket this morning after winning Lotto Second Division.

A ticket bought via MyLotto in the region won $31,281 along with five other players around the country in last night's live draw.

Powerball and Strike both rolled over, meaning there is a combined prize pool of $15.4 million up for grabs on Saturday.

Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Saturday night, where the jackpot will be $14 million.

Lotto First Division will be $1m and Strike Four will be $400,000 on Saturday night.
