Hamurana Rd re-opens after police examine scene of fatal crash

A portion of State Highway 36 has re-opened after police closed it this morning to undertake a scene examination, following a fatal crash on Tuesday.

The portion of Hamurana Rd near Gloucester Rd was closed from 7.30am and re-opened about 9.40am.

Traffic management was in place but motorists were advised to avoid the area if possible and expect delays.

Police thanked motorists for their patience.
