Rotorua basketball fans will have the opportunity to win tickets to the coming Tall Blacks game by shooting hoops at tomorrow night's local senior basketball games.
The Tall Blacks are playing Hong Kong at the Rotorua Energy Events Centre on June 28 and tickets are on sale now.
But residents have the chance to get their hands on some double passes by taking part in the games organised for the senior basketball games at the Rotorua Sportsdrome.
To be in to win participants will be asked shoot hoops from a marked point. If they make the shots their name will go in the draw to win a double pass.
Games will be run in threes every half hour from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
There are three double passes to give away plus two New Zealand Basketball singlets.
The games are for people 12 years and over but there will be plenty of time for children to get involved in between the games and give it a go.
The Tall Blacks are taking on Hong Kong in the fifth game of Round One of the Asian Qualifiers for the 2019 Fiba World Cup in Rotorua on June 28.
To qualify, the team must finish the qualifying round in the top seven teams in Asia.
