A report was made of a boat stolen in Rotorua on January 4. Photo/Supplied

Police are turning to the public to help find a boat that was stolen in Rotorua on January 4.

The boat is a 1994 Maxum Sports Cruiser 1900, with a fibreglass hull, light grey canopy, and is 6m.

It has a 1994 Mercruiser 190hp motor and 2010 galvanised boat trailer.
