A large amount of cigarettes have been stolen from Tokoroa New World.

Police said in a statement they were looking for the offenders who broke into supermarket about 1.30am on Wednesday.

It is unknown where the offenders have gone after they have left the store.

Police are asking the public for help in any sightings of these people or anyone who saw anything suspicious around the Tokoroa New World around that time.


Police are also asking for anyone who has noticed individuals with a large amount of cigarettes or who may be selling them at a reduced price.
