From little children to politicians, hundreds of Rotorua people turned out in force to show they don't condone domestic violence.
Between 400 and 500 people turned out to the Celebrate Whanau Day and Bike Ride held at the Village Green on Saturday to raise awareness about White Ribbon Month - where people rally to show they don't condone violence towards women.
Te Waiariki Purea Trust's Bully Free Bro co-ordinator Warren Tumarae said there was a "really positive atmosphere" throughout the event with many people staying for several hours making the most of the activities on offer.
"It was just awesome."
Mr Tumarae said his focus was on supporting rangitahi (young people) and getting the anti-violence and bully-free messages out.
