Anika Moa performed her The In Between Naps National Tour show at Rainbow Springs.
Anika Moa popped into Rainbow Springs today for a children's show filled with songs of animals, taniwha and colours.
The Kiwi singer's visit was part of her 'In Between Nap Times Tour', where she is going to 18 different venues suggested by fans from her Facebook page over the school holidays.
The tour is an opportunity for fun, festivity and close interaction with Moa and the music.
More than 250 Rotorua children and parents danced and sung along to Moa's songs from her second kids' album Songs for Bubbas 2 which officially finished number one on the albums chart this week, ahead of Adele's platinum album 25.
It's the second number one album of her career - Thinking Room topped the charts in 2001.
"The number one has blown my mind. I am humbled and proud of my work. It's good to be hanging with the likes of Adele and Justin Bieber in the charts. Naturally.

"The last few months have been very rewarding for me as an artist who takes my music where my heart goes. I am now releasing music that is appealing to the younger generation and it feels surreal that it has taken Aotearoa bubbas by storm," Moa said.
Shelley Burnett from Rainbow Springs said the attraction put its hand up to host Moa as she fitted in with Rainbow Springs really well.
"Being school holidays makes it perfect and the weather is great. It's our first go at hosting a concert in the park so we are pretty excited," Mrs Burnett said.
Aaron, Carmen and their baby Kai Bold travelled from Taupo just to see Moa.
"Her first [kids'] album saved our lives with this little one," Mrs Bold said.
Larissa Fullard took her two kids Georgia, 5, and Lachlan, 2, along because they had read about the concert in the paper.
"I've listened to her music a bit on YouTube and the kids really enjoy music so I thought why not?" Mrs Fullard said.
One lucky listener, Peyton Robinson, 4, won Moa's first kids' album for being the best dancer with her karate chop.
She said it was "really cool" and that she liked to dance.
Peyton said her favourite Moa song was Colours are Beautiful.
