Saturday, Nov 27: Doggolimpics offers dog owners a chance to test their pet's skills with an agility obstacle course. Held at the Ngongotaha Railway Park from 10-3pm. Saturday, Nov 27: The Institute of Registered Music Teachers - Showcase Concert will star students of IRMT NZ Rotorua Branch members giving them an opportunity to perform in a formal venue with a larger audience. Saturday, Nov 27: See speedway racing superstocks, stockcars plus a 50-lap street saloon race at the SG Equipment Paradise Valley Raceway, 105 Paradise Valley Rd. Racing runs from 7pm-10.30pm. Cost $15 adults, $10 children and $40 for a family.

Tuesday, Nov 30: "Let there be light" exhibition of lamps decorated by the people of St Chads runs until Friday, December 3 when the lamps will be auctioned off. Exhibition is at RAVE, 1240 Hinemaru St. Opening hours 9am to 4:30pm. Free admission.
