By now those of you so inclined should have already sought out and watched your Facebook "Look Back" movie.

The short clips were released by the social media giant a week ago to mark its 10th birthday.

Each user's history on Facebook is summed up in a 62-second movie highlighting milestones and most popular posts and photos.

The clip is separated into four different areas: your first moments, your most-liked posts, photos you've shared, and a gridded wallpaper of several of your photos.

Depending on how long you've been using it, the movie can certainly prove a nostalgia trip.

The year I started using Facebook was the same year one of my sons was born, so naturally there are plenty of baby photos popping up in the movie. My pre-Facebook son barely gets a look-in. At least, that was the case until Facebook belatedly came to the party with the ability to edit the clip.

By clicking the Edit button on the Look Back page, you can sift through and replace the pics and posts you want to appear in each category.

Hey presto, son number one now makes an appearance as a toddler in the "first moments" part of my movie.

The hardest part is choosing which photos to drop.

Find your movie at www.facebook.com/lookback.

Movies aren't the only new Facebook things happening. A new app for iPhones called Paper will change the way you use the social network. It's only available from the US App Store for now, but feedback has been pretty positive.

Anyone dissatisfied with Facebook's current app, and that could be quite a few of you, will appreciate Paper's beauty and simplicity.
