International singing star Marvin Priest has pulled out of next month's Raggamuffin festival in Rotorua.
Priest, who has is now unavailable because of other commitments, will be replaced by "Island hip-hop" artist Spawnbreezie, from Independence, Missouri.
Spawnbreezie combines island music, reggae and hip-hop, and is tonight and tomorrowsupporting K-Ci and JoJo at their Wellington and Auckland concerts.
Raggamuffin is being held in Rotorua in late January and also features Ali Campbell, Hawaiian reggae star J-Boog, Jamaican superstars of reggae and dub Sly and Robbie, hip-hop trailblazers Arrested Development, Billy Ocean and Big Mountain.
Chad Chambers, winner of Maori Television's Homai Te Pakipaki will join other New Zealand performers Kora and Three Houses Down on the main stage.
A second stage will feature the winner of Pacifica Beats, Kiwi artists NRG Rising, Foundation, Soljah, Tomorrow People, Cornerstone Roots, House of Shem and international artists NKulee Dube.
Meanwhile, the addition of Spawnbreezie to the line-up had received a lot of support on the Raggamuffin Facebook page.
