New Zealand performer Ladi6 will be coming to Rotorua as part of a nation-wide tour.

Ladi6 will be performing at Heaven and Hell in Rotorua on July 19.

Ladi6 will be joined by Auckland hip hop collective @Peace.

The Rotorua show is part of an 11-date tour of New Zealand during June and July. Ladi, Parks and band will hit the road with Auckland Hip-hop collective @Peace.  Ladi6 recently released `Ikarus' the first track from the much anticipated third studio album, out later this year.

Following on from 2010's The Liberation of..., an album that garnered critical plaudits and multiple awards, including the prestigious Taite Music Prize, Ladi6 will release her highly anticipated third studio album later this year.

The as yet to be titled album was recorded between Studio A in Detroit, Michigan and Revolver Studios in Waiuku with the first single 'Ikarus' produced by Parks being described as a beautiful amalgamation of soul and futuristic hip-hop complemented by Ladi6's hypnotic vocals.

@Peace features Homebrew's Tom Scott, alongside Lui Tuiasau, Christoph 'El Truento' James, Hayden 'Dastardly' Dick and also Brandon Haru.

Their second EP 'Girl Songs' was released on Valentine's Day this year, and one reviewer described it as 'a mixing pot of summery soul, funk, ghostly R&B and chilled rhymes'.

@Peace is no mere 'side project' for Homebrew's Scott, it's a chance to explore his more contemplative and reflective side and he is ably assisted by the jazz and soul proclivities of the rest of the collective.  With a debut album due out soon, @Peace look set to consolidate the promise of their two EPs.

Tickets go on sale on Monday and can be bought from Ticketmaster. For all show and ticketing information go to
