Casual sex that leads to true love is a topic that has been covered a few times in the last year but it's obviously one that entertains us.
The latest flick tocover this topic is the appropriately-titled Friends With Benefits starring Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake.
Previous casual sex turning into relationship stories include the 2010 Love and Other Drugs starring Jake Gyllenhall and Anne Hathaway and this year's No Strings Attached starring Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman - each have their own stories to go with it of course.
Friends With Benefits is a romantic comedy that follows two young hotties Dylan (Timberlake) and Jamie (Kunis) who are over their personal love lives.
Jamie - a headhunter - tracks down Dylan for a job of a lifetime and encourages him to move from his home in Los Angeles to New York. The pair become good friends, hanging out often, talking about complicated relationships and also the lack of sex happening in their lives.
One night - while drinking - the pair decide to add sex to their friendship and become 'friends with benefits'.
The move seems like the best outcome for each party - sex, friendship, without the complications of a relationship and feelings. But, it does make you wonder why they only want to be bed friends when they get along so well.
However, they soon realise that the friends with benefits situation does lead to complications.
In true Hollywood style, the casual sex situation between Dylan and Jamie ends in love - but not without the drama in between.
Friends With Benefits is an entertaining movie about a good looking couple having good looking sex with a few laugh-out-loud moments and of course a couple of cringe-worthy moments.
It's fun and although the topic has been covered before, it is an amusing one and one that works.
