Rotorua's Elizabeth Marvelly is set to sing time's most beautiful songs on her very special tour of Heartland New Zealand.
The 10-venue tour will begin on July 15 with a performance at Rotorua's Civic Theatre. It will also visit Tauranga, Whakatane, Taupo, Hamilton, Auckland, Kerikeri, New Plymouth, Wellington and Paraparaumubetween July 16 and July 31.
She will be accompanied by some of New Zealand's best musicians including maestro Carl Doy and violinist Ben Morrison.
These artists will perform show-stoppers from Burt Bacharach and Whitney Houston's catalogues, as well as from blockbuster Broadway musicals.
From Leonard Cohen through to Crowded House, Gershwin and Joni Mitchell - this spectacular concert series will showcase the unique vocal abilities that make Elizabeth one of New Zealand's most treasured artists.
Elizabeth will also sing some New Zealand favourites including Whakaaria Mai and Tarakihi, as well asThe Prayer which featured on her most recent album Home as a duet with Britain's Got Talent phenomenon Paul Potts.
She will also introduce audiences to some of the new original material she's working on for her eagerly anticipated third studio album.
