Kai Time: Wild Pork on the menu

Kai Time on the Road on Maori Television heads to the Waioeka Gorge, near Opotiki, this week where wild pork is on the menu.

Pete Peeti swaps recipes with Puhi Iopata who takes care of all the meat as soon as the hunters return home from the bush.

Kai Time On The Road will screen on Maori Television at 7pm on Sunday.
