Repeat after me: "Gorgeous Me". Make this or something similar your daily mantra. Believe it. Say it. Read it. Stick wee Post-it notes around the place, for your eyes only - on your drawers, wardrobe, bathroom, your wallet, screensaver on your mobile ...
