I'm still in my 20s-clinging to them dearly-and have started to worry (or perhaps freak out) about the thought of reaching 30.
It is something I have started thinking about only in the last year, even more so this month because, as of this week, I am no longer able
to claim to be in my mid-20s.
I have officially reached my late 20s-the big 28.
I'm not sure what has started my mini-phobia because when I was in my early 20s, when my skin was still clear and smooth, I always had the attitude of gleefully embracing the "dirty 30s".
Now, closer to that age and with my skin not as good as it used to be, I have found myself thinking about investing in anti-wrinkle cream and other, similar-type, skincare products.
I'm also wishing I had started investing in good skincare when I didn't give a toss about it.
This column will look at beauty products-new and old-and give you suggestions on what to try and what to stay away from.
From the coolest mascara, the best utensils to skincare products you shouldn't be without, latest beauty fads and attempts to reduce the ageing process.
My first goal is to find an antiwrinkle cream that is amazing so, if you have any suggestions on which product I should try, feel free to let me know-and do so as soon as possible.
I know I'm not "old" and I've heard that "you're only as old as you feel", but at the moment I'm not excited about my age.
I'm trying to cling to my youth as much as possible, so if you have some tips that may help me to achieve that, let me know.

Right now I'm loving:
Chap Stick: Perfect for the lovely windy weather of winter. It will keep your lips soft and prevent them from drying out. A must-have.
Hats: Sure they're more an accessory than a beauty product, but when your hair is hit with humidity and wind, a nice hat can help tame those locks. They're perfect for those days when you're running out of time, late for work, or just can't be bothered and need to do something with your hair. Throw on a nice hat to wear to work-a trick I regularly do.
Blush: While the winter wind blows hard on our faces, embrace the rosiness with some pretty blush for your cheeks. A nice pink works well with most skin colours.
