Talk That Talk is the latest offering from superstar Rihanna and while there's plenty of the not-so-surprising songs all about sex that you'd expect from the sexually confident artist, this album shows off her vocals more than previous records.
I've been listening to this album constantly since I receivedit and I have to say, while many artists seem to dry out after a few albums, Rihanna just keeps getting better. Talk That Talk is Rihanna's sixth Island Def Jam studio album.
It's the follow-up to Loud - an industry phenomenon, that is multi-platinum worldwide, with global sales of nearly 8 million - and when you thought she couldn't top that album which had hit after hit, she comes out with this and I'm convinced it's even better than that.
Check out We Found Love featuring Calvin Harris, which is ruling charts around the world, and while I'm a big fan there are even more tracks on the album that I'm loving even more including - Drunk on Love, Talk That Talk and You Da One.
An album just isn't a Rihanna album without songs with strong sexual innuendo and she doesn't fail to give us that with tracks Cockiness and Roc Me Out - you've got to love her for being so sexually confident and free.
But what I'm super excited about is the vocals she flaunts in Talk That Talk. There is no denying the woman can sing but this album really shows us what she can do vocally and I'm sure you'll be impressed with her abilities in Farewell and Roc Me Out.
Rihanna is a star and there aren't many current artists who can step to her level.
