48 Hours - That's Great Service

We asked our readers to tell us where in Rotorua they have had great service during the past week.

The lovely lady on the Countdown delivery truck. She knows my name but I'm too shy to ask hers.

Being sort of new to Rotorua, we were recently looking for somewhere really nice where we can take visitors for a nice meal and happened across the Princes Gate Hotel. So in we went and enjoyed a beautiful meal in beautiful surroundings. The service was A++. Looking forward to going back.

I go to Starbucks every morning and one of the main reasons is for the great service. Nice girls there who are friendly, professional, and make a great soy hot chocolate.

Cantonese on Malfroy Rd.

Always at Brew.

Geyserland bakery always has a good vibe, the staff are great and the service is 100 per cent. Not only is the service great , but the food is yum and it's Kiwi owned.

Just came out of a procedure at Rotorua Hospital and Tessa, one of the lovely nurses there, was awesome. Actually, most the staff were. I suffer from an anxiety disorder but she made me laugh. I think nurses are underappreciated.

Clayton Rd Mobil. They always come out to pump gas with a smile and have a talk to the locals. All gas stations should be like that.

Be Rude Not To cafe has such lovely people and great food. Always a great time when I go there.

The bakery on Otonga Rd. They're awesome, and Mobil on Clayton Rd.

Kwan Chow on Te Ngae Rd. Their food is so good and they are very friendly. They will cook fresh chicken for me if I ask as well which I love because I am pregnant and have to be careful.

Michael Hill Jewellers have lovely staff. One young lady in particular who was so helpful and very nice.

Z on Fenton St has wonderful service. Always a friendly greeting which makes me walk out smiling.

Challenge on Malfroy Rd in Westbrook. They're cool, they pump your gas, have great specials, and are friendly as.

The bakery next to Dianne Dairy. I don't know what it's called but the two ladies there are absolutely wonderful.

Hannah at the Outdoorsman. Appreciate your effort and honesty, you are not just out to make a sale.
