Paul Sanford Rotorua's Paul Sanford won top commercial sales consultant at the NAI Harcourts central region awards for the third consecutive year.
NAI Harcourts general manager Richard Laery described Sanford as "a key driver" and "the go-to sales consultant" for the region.
His vast experience in operating and selling businesses, system development, problem solving, communication and relationship management are valued.
Sanford attributed his success to having owned businesses himself.
"In 1981, I bought Star Appliances and grew the business from the ground up, learning many valuable lessons along the way. Now, I have a desire to share my experience, skills and knowledge to work closely with NAI Harcourts clients to identify opportunities that may move them closer to achieving their life goals."
Sanford's award was one of 31 at the central region awards ceremony at Rotorua Convention Centre. He was ninth in the top 20 consultants.
Franchise owner Glenn Austin was seventh and the Rotorua office third in the auction/tender listings. National awards will be made at Harcourts' conference in Rotorua on May 23-25.
