Rotorua employees have followed the national trend, voting respect as the thing they value most in their workplaces.

Of the 52 votes received in our online poll, 26 respondents valued respect most highly. Acknowledgement of a job well done and the sharing of knowledge and skills scored 10 votes each and receiving help when they were snowed under got four.

Two voters selected the "other" option.

The Post Business online poll aims to find out what local people think about local, national or international business issues. Add your vote at the business page at www.rotoruadailypost.co.nz. The more people who become involved, the more meaningful the results will be.

Voting is completely anonymous, so share your views.
