Rotorua's Heritage Hotel officially became the Rotorua Holiday Inn on Tuesday.
General manager Marcus Keenan, left, is pictured with staff members, from left, Rachel Smith, Greg Patterson, Raewyn Kilgour, Antoinette Walker and Yaelle Benichou with the hotel's new signage and minivan livery.
The soft launch will be rolled out throughout the month.
