Three injured in Taupō crash

Emergency services are currently at the scene of a serious single-vehicle crash on State Highway 5 near the intersection with High Level Rd, Iwitahi, Taupo.

Police were called about 6.20pm.

Initial indications are three people may be seriously injured.

Traffic management is currently in place, and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
