An aggravated robbery at a Tokoroa dairy has resulted in two staff members being given help by Victim Support.

Three men went into the dairy and demanded cash then fled on foot to a waiting vehicle about 8.30pm last night.

Police would like to hear from the public about any suspicious activity around the Tainui St area at that time. They have also urged members of the public report any suspicious behaviour around local takeaways and dairies to help prevent further crimes.

Urgent calls can be made to 111 and other information can be passed on anonymously via the CrimeStoppers Line 0800 555 111.
