The Bay of Plenty police Facebook page has the two videos which asks members of the public to help identify three people.
The robbers are hiding
their faces but police said they hoped someone would recognise them from their clothing and movements.
They robbed the superette on Kauri St, Tokoroa about 4.50pm on Friday 13 May and during the robbery a woman staff member was assaulted.
After leaving the store with cigarettes the trio ran towards Hinau St, police said.
