We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with good communication and time management skills to fill a vital role in our school.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
The position encompasses a wide range of caretaker duties to provide a clean and safe school environment.
Skills
and Experience:
Applicants must:
- have good handyman skills and capabilities
- have knowledge of safe workplace practices
- be able to work positively alongside staff and primary aged students
- have the ability to manage cleaning staff and contractors
- have the ability to implement scheduled maintenance programmes
- have experience with ground/garden maintenance
- hold a current, full driver's licence
- complete a police vetting process
Work conditions are as per a Collective Agreement, although the salary may be negotiable for the right candidate.
