The Argentina Los Pumas are in town ahead of tomorrow night's test against the All Blacks, after an official welcome at Hawke's Bay Airport last night.
About 50 people turned out at the airport last night to welcome the team as they arrived from Auckland, including a small contingent of
Argentina supporters.
Tony Kitchen, Taradale, was wearing an Argentina jersey and had come to the airport to collect autographs from the Argentina players for his son.
"We just like the way the Pumas play. They play with their hearts on their sleeves," he said.
Cecilia Malek, Argentina, who emigrated to Napier two years ago, was also dressed in blue and holding an Argentina flag with the help of her daughters.
