Two in hospital after serious crash

Last night two people were taken to hospital for treatment following a serious crash.

A police spokeswoman said police received the call about the crash on State Highway 5 in Glengarry between Ellis Wallace and Beattie Rds just after 9pm last night. She said two drivers involved were taken to hospital in status one, and status two conditions. The road was closed for a period last night as police cleared the scene.

At the time of going to print last night no further details were available.
