It may be chilly outside but inside Dannevirke's Town Hall the sizzling performances by Dannevirke High School students in their production Disco Inferno is chasing away the winter blues.

The cast of 52 is directed by Shasta Pene, and even Wednesday's dress rehearsal had them dancing in the aisles as the 1970s hit musical came to life on stage.

This is a fast-paced, professional production, with lighting and sound to match the star quality of the cast, and ideal for all ages.

Disco Inferno continues tonight and tomorrow night at 7.30pm, with a 2pm show tomorrow. Tickets are on sale from the Dannevirke High School office, Just Gifts and Lumino Dentists: $20 adults, $15 students, special family discount of $50 for two adults and two children. Downstairs tables available.
