A two-vehicle crash has closed the northbound lanes of the Hawke's Bay Expressway. They have since reopened.
A motorist is in a serious condition after a two-vehicle crash closed the northbound lanes of a Napier highway today.
Emergency services were called to the accident on the Hawke’s Bay Expressway/State Highway 2, at Taradale about 8.10am.
Hato Hone St John transported one person in a serious condition to
Hawke’s Bay Hospital while another person involved was in a minor condition and did not require transport.
The lanes were reopened at 9.20am.
Meanwhile, another two-vehicle crash closed one northbound lane of the Hawke’s Bay Expressway at the Ngaruroro River Bridge about 9.10am.
