1. Bad Moon Rising: The Creedence Clearwater Revival Tribute
A professional band delivering a top-quality celebration of the music of Creedence Clearwater Revival, will be playing tonight from 8pm at Bev Ridges on York. They have toured the country and deliver an authentic and entertaining show, which covers all the top hits of the timeless band. Ivan Glucina is on guitar and vocals, Grant Wills on lead guitar and backing vocals, Dave Hartley on bass guitar and Steve Tree on drums.

2. Ray Woolf Napier Jazz With the Hawke's Bay Jazz Club Big Band
Ray Woolf - Mr New Zealand Showbiz - is in concert with The Hawke's Bay Jazz Club Big Band tonight from 8pm, at the MTG Theatre in Napier. Woolf has appeared in television shows and was named Best TV Light entertainer for four years in a row. Musical theatre also beckoned and he has starred in Hans Christian Anderson, The Music Man, The Sound of Music (100 performances so far) and many more. 3. Hip Hop & RnB Concert
A Hip Hop and RnB concert, presented by One8Zero productions, will be on tonight from 6.30pm at Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga in Hastings. There will be live bands performing and all ages are welcome. It is a drug and alcohol-free event and admission is free.

4. 70th Annual Bird Show
The bird show and sale is on today from noon at the Army Drill Hall in Napier and tomorrow from 9am with the New Zealand Gloster Canary Show also part of the event. There will be Yorkshire, Norwich, Border, Gloster, Colour Fed, Non-Colour Fed and Lizard canaries, budgerigars, Bengalese and Zebra finches, foreign finches and hook-beaks, as well as lovebirds all on display. There is up to $4000 on offer to competing bird showers and information on keeping birds from experienced bird keepers will also be available.

5. Locals Day & i-SPY Fun Challenge
Get a team together and rediscover Napier with the i-Spy Fun Challenge. Follow the clues around Napier City and Marine Parade tomorrow. 6. Three By Ekman
Alexander Ekman's Cacti captivated audiences during the Royal NZ Ballet's Speed of Light tour in 2016 and now people in Hawke's Bay have the opportunity to see Cacti again, with two additional works by Ekman: Tuplet, created for Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet and premiered at The Joyce Theater, New York, in 2012; and Episode 31, made for the senior graduation class at The Juilliard School and premiered in New York in 2011. 7. Sexuality and Sustainability
Morgan McCarthy will be speaking on sexuality and sustainability at Duart House in Havelock North tomorrow night from 7pm. Ms McCarthy is visiting from Australia and is interested to see how her talk is received by Kiwis. Admission is free.
